CSRC publishes Jade Holding LLC in the Qualified Foreign Investor register

证监会公示：嘉玉控股列入合格境外投资者名录

The China Securities Regulatory Commission published its May 2026 Qualified Foreign Investor register, which includes 嘉玉控股有限责任公司 (Jade Holding LLC). The register records approvals granted to institutions from the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.

中国证券监督管理委员会公布 2026 年 5 月合格境外投资者名录，嘉玉控股有限责任公司（Jade Holding LLC）位列其中。本次名录涵盖来自美国、新加坡、中国香港等国家和地区的机构。

The CSRC approved Jade Holding LLC's Qualified Foreign Investor qualification, permitting the company to invest offshore capital in onshore Chinese securities and futures markets in its own name. The approval expressly notes that the company does not carry on operating business inside mainland China.

中国证监会核准嘉玉控股有限责任公司合格境外投资者资格，准许公司以自身名义使用境外资金投资中国境内证券与期货市场。批复明确载明，该机构不在中国境内开展经营性实体业务。
